Using an iterative process based around prototyping we reduce the 'leap of faith' that exists between idea and proof of concept. At Somex we encourage our customers engineers and production personnel to review our work at concept, design, build and debug phase, their in depth process knowledge coupled with our innovative ideas ensures expectations are met and gets buy in from the end users. |
Why can automation projects sometimes fail to deliver?
There are a number of reasons why automation projects can fail to deliver ....
