CO2 Test - High Throughput
The Somex CO2 tester performs a fully automated replication of the ‘industry standard’ handshake method.
The Somex CO2 tester can handle product which is packaged in can, glass bottle or plastic bottle, up to 3 litres capacity.
The CO2 tester automatically grips, pierces the package and introduces a temperature probe into the beverage.
The pressure and temperature of the contents are measured after the packages are tilted to horizontal and shaken to a precise specification. The pressure and temperature are used to calculate the CO2 content.
The CO2 tester can be supplied in triple station format as shown here or other formats if required.
