Beverage Sampler Degasser

It has been shown that correct degassing of carbonated beverage samples is critical to ensure that accurate Titratible Acidity and Brix Measurements are recorded.
Under Degassing will increase the TA result resulting in a false high.
Over Degassing will evaporate water from the sample producing a false high result and so both consistency and repeatability are critical for accurate degassing.
The Somex Omega degasser allows you full control over beverage sample degassing. The unique control system ensures all samples are degassed to the same level. Parameters like Total Volume, Flow Rate, Initial Ramp
Rate are all programmable and stored for different beverage types.
