For extraction of beverage samples from cans glass & PET bottles of all sizes.
Easy to use "one touch tooling" no adaptors etc required for different package sizes.
For automation of CarboQc or sample delivery to other test devices.
The LiquidLink is a unique device used to automate CO2 measurement when using CarboQc (AntonPaar) or other process requiring sample extraction from a variety of package sizes and types.
An innovative feature "one touch tooling" (patent pending) allows the user float the work table to the required height for any given package size or type.
Description
The LiquidLink is ideally suited to beverage laboratories or bottling plants where testing contents of a variety of package sizes is required. This bench top device will increase sample throughput and free up operators time. The LiquidLink interfaces directly with Carbo Qc for efficient sample extraction and CO2 analysis.
Operation
The user places the package, can or bottle on the LiquidLink platform and simply presses start. The package is automatically centred prior to piercing and sample delivery to the Carbo Qc. When the CO2 result is ready the centring device releases the package and a flashing beacon on LiquidLink alerts the user.
Safety
The Liquidlink is fitted with an interlocked safety door which opens/closes automatically. Centring, piercing, pressurization and sample extraction only begins when the door is closed.
